PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
3 c. sugar 3/4 c. butter 2/3 c. evaporated milk 1/2 c. peanut butter 1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream 1 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. vanilla extract Combine sugar, butter, milk, and peanut butter in a large heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add marshmallow cream, chips, nuts, and vanilla. Mix well. Cool in 9 x 13 inch pan. |
