MEAL IN A JIF FOR ONE 
5 oz. frozen minute chicken breast, thawed
1/2 c. sliced onions
1 c. sliced zucchini or patti pan squash
1 sm. carrot, grated or shaved thin
2 tbsp. sliced green pepper
3 tbsp. butter or corn oil
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
Water and Mrs. Dash spice and pepper

Season and cook vegetables in frying pan until onions are transparent and chicken done, this will take from 7 to 14 minutes. Then add cream of mushroom soup and a little water. Heat again and serve. Serves 1.
