LEMON SQUARES 
CRUST:

1/2 lb. butter, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour

Mix together flour, butter, powdered sugar. Press in bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes.

FILLING:

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix eggs, sugar, lemon juice, baking powder, pecans with electric mixer. Then pour in crust and bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while hot. Let cool before cutting in squares.
