CHEESECAKE PUFFS 
1 (6 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafers
1 (22 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl and beat with electric mixer until smooth. Line muffin tins with paper liners and put one vanilla wafer in the bottom of each. Fill 3/4 full with cheese mixture. Bake for 10 minutes and cool. Cover with pie filling, chill.
