MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1/2 stick butter, melted
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. milk
1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked
1 pkg. frozen green beans, cooked
16 sm. onions, cooked
1 c. buttered bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Blend butter with flour and seasonings in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in milk gradually. Fold in vegetables. Pour into buttered 8-cup casserole. Sprinkle crumbs around edge. Sprinkle cheese in center. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
