4-6 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. peach preserves
1/2 c. Catalina salad dressing
3/4 pkg. dried onion soup mix

Place chicken in greased (Pam) baking dish. Mix together all other ingredients and cover chicken with it. Bake uncovered for one hour at 350. Serve with Rice Pilaf.

It is delicious and looks very elegante!!! Great for company and very little work.
