BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 slices bread, cut off crust
1 lb. sausage
4 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard & salt
1 pt. half & half
8 eggs
1 can green chilies

Lightly butter bread on both sides. Place in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Brown and drain sausage. Put on top of bread with half of grated cheese on top of sausage. Combine salt, mustard, half and half, eggs and green chilies; beat well. Pour over ingredients in pan. Refrigerate overnight or freeze. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
