PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. uncooked rice
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 can tomato sauce (may substitute tomato soup or juice)

Mix ingredients, add ketchup to make balls stick together. Make into balls the size of walnuts. Put in glass baking dish and pour tomato sauce over meat balls. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
