PIZZA 
1 pkg. yeast
1 1/4 c. warm water
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded or sliced
1/2 c. Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 lb. ground meat, browned & drained
1 can lg. ripe pitted olives
Italian seasoning

Brown meat, drain and add Italian seasonings. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add 2 cups flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt, stir and knead. Allow dough to rise until doubled. Divide in half. Roll out 2 large circles. Place on 2 greased pizza pans. Spread Ragu sauce lightly over crust. Add Mozzarella cheese, cooked ground meat, ripe olives and other favorite pizza toppings may be added. Pizza crust may be frozen in a ball or rolled out. Pizza may be frozen or refrigerated unbaked. Bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
