CAPTAIN'S SOUP 
1 med. onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 (24 oz.) can V-8 (3 c.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. frozen vegetables
Garlic (optional)

Cut up onion and saute in oil. Brown ground beef. Add rest of ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender.
