MOCK PECAN PIE 
3/4 c. uncooked rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed firmly
1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. coconut
3/4 c. dark Karo syrup
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 unbaked pie shell

Mix all ingredients together, blend thoroughly. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
