MUSHROOM QUICHE 
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
4 chopped green onions
1 clove minced garlic
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. thyme
5 eggs
1 c. half & half creamer
Juice and grated peel of 1/2 lemon

Bake 9-inch pie shell (use weights, if available). Cool. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Saute 10-15 minutes until liquid is gone. Stir in oregano, basil, salt, pepper, marjoram, thyme, and mustard. Cook 2 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.

Combine eggs, cream, lemon juice, and peel into large bowl. Beat well. Fold in mushrooms mixture. Pour into crust. Bake about 25 minutes.
