ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE BREAD 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. diced peeled zucchini
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Cream butter, oil, sugar and eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add to first mixture. Stir in squash, mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Chips make its own frosting.
