BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
3/4 c. grated cheese
1 sm. onion, grated
1/4 pkg. herb seasoned stuffing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs, beaten

Thaw broccoli, but do not cook. Mix all ingredients together and place in greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until brown or mixture is set, about 40 to 45 minutes.

NOTE: Spinach or asparagus can be substituted. Yield: 4 servings.
