1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz, microwave low power 1 1/2 to 2 minutes
1 box broccoli cuts, defrost in casserole dish

Pour Cheese Whiz and 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup over broccoli. Add 1 cup minute rice. Mix with spoon. Microwave 5 to 7 minutes or bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovered.
