IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
2 tbsp. butter
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon ginger and 1/4 teaspoon cloves.

Heat oven to moderate, 350 degrees. Lightly grease pie plate (9" x 1 1/4" or 10" x 1 1/2). Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed 1 minute. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers.
