1 box frozen puff pastry, thawed 2 egg yolks, beaten and mixed with 1 tbsp. water Cinnamon/sugar mixture Lay out each pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Roll gently with rolling pin. On a piece of waxed paper that is about 6 inches longer than pastry, sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon sugar; put pastry shell sheet on top. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll each side in to center until they meet. Roll waxed paper around and refrigerate 1-2 hours. Slice 1/4 inch thick and place on cookie sheet covered with parchment. Bake at 375 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Remove. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pans. |
