CHEESY POTATOES 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. cubed cheese
1 sm. onion
4 med. sized potatoes

Over medium heat melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour and salt. Add milk slowly, stirring until smooth. Cook and stir about 3 minutes until thick. Add cheese. Turn heat down to low and stir until cheese melts. Slice onions and potatoes thinly and pour into a greased baking dish. Pour cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
