BAKED SOLE IN WHITE WINE 
2 lb. fresh sole
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
4 cold cooked med. potatoes, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. white wine
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
Paprika
1 tsp. garlic
Parsley

Slice mushrooms. In buttered 12 x 8 x 2 inch dish, put in potatoes and mushrooms. Dot with butter. Sprinkle half of salt/pepper and paprika. Pour wine over all. Spread with half of sour cream. Arrange fish over all, sprinkle with rest of salt/pepper, and paprika and garlic top with rest of sour cream and parsley. Bake 30-40 minutes at 375 degrees.
