ARMENIAN SHISH KEBOB AND
MARINADE
 
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. snipped parsley
2 lb. lamb, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes

Combine all ingredients and pour over lamb. Marinade for at least 2 hours. Grill on skewers with sweet red peppers, green peppers, onions and cherry tomatoes.
