LAYERED LEMON DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. softened butter
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 sm. pkg. instant lemon pudding
3 c. cold milk
8 oz. Cool Whip

First layer mix together 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup softened butter and nuts. Press into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15 to 20 minutes until brown. Let cool. Second layer: mix together 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar. Blend in 8 oz. Cool Whip. Spread on crust. Third layer: Blend with mixer 2 small packages instant lemon pudding with 3 cups cold milk. Spoon onto second layer.

Fourth Layer: 8 oz. Cool Whip spoon over third layer. Garnish with nuts. Can use any kind of pudding.
