PARMESAN POTATO TOPPER 
1 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped chives
2 tbsp. chopped red pepper
1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper

Combine ingredients. Mix well. Chill. Serve over hot baked potatoes or potato skins. Makes approximately 1 cup.
