IMPOSSIBLE CHEESECAKE PIE 
3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese cut into 1/2 inch cubes and softened

Grease 9 inch pie plate. Place milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and baking mix in blender. Cover and blend on high 15-20 seconds. Add cream cheese. Cover and blend on high 2-3 minutes.

Pour into pie plate. Bake 350 degrees until center is firm, 40-45 minutes. Cool, spread cheesecake topping carefully over top.

CHEESECAKE TOPPING:

Mix:

1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
