ZUCCHINI BREAD 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. Crisco oil

Cream above ingredients. Add: 2 c. grated unpeeled zucchini

Sift together and add to above: 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking powder

Fill pans 1/2 full (standard bread pans, greased and floured). Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Makes 2 medium sized loaves. If this is doubled, makes 5 loaves.
