ICE CREAM PIE 
27 Hydrox cookies
3/4 pkg. graham crackers
1/2 c. melted butter

CHOCOLATE SAUCE:

2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. butter

Crush cookies and graham crackers - mix together. Pour butter over mixture and press mix into 9 x 13 inch pan. Chill until solid.

Slightly soften 1/2 gallon ice cream and place on crust. Chill again and then cover with chocolate sauce.

Cook chocolate, sugar, evaporated milk, butter in double boiler constantly until thick (takes time), stirring constantly. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla when cool. Spread over ice cream.
