JELLO SLUGGER'S SURPRISE 
1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jello, any flavor
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
Ice cubes
1 c. fresh fruit (or 16 oz. fruit cocktail, drained)
Foil baking cups (muffin)

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Combine cold water and ice to make 1 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove unmelted ice. Add fruit; chill 10 minutes, until thickened. Place foil baking cups in muffin pans. Spoon Jello mixture into cups, about 2/3 full. Chill until firm - at least 2 hours. Peel away foil cups carefully or dip in warm water for 2 to 5 seconds to unmold. Makes 6 servings.
