YUM YUM SALAD 
2 c. crushed pineapple
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Knox gelatin
1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
1/2 pt. cream (beaten stiff)
1 c. nut meats

Heat pineapple, lemon juice and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water for 10 minutes. Add to hot mixture. When cold and beginning to set, add cheese and whipped cream, nuts and chill.
