ALMA ROSE'S POTATO SALAD 
8 lg. potatoes, boiled in skins
4 hard-boiled eggs (3 in salad; 1 for decoration)
2 tbsp. green peppers
1/3 to 1/2 c. chopped onions
3 stalks celery
Olives for in salad and some for decoration
1 1/2 tbsp. mustard
Mayonnaise to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Skin potatoes and cut them into slices or chunks (as you prefer). Mix all ingredients except for the 1 hard-boiled egg and some olives you have saved out for decoration. Decorate the salad and sprinkle with paprika.
