2/3 c. Carnation Evaporated milk
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. (16 oz.) diced marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 tsp. vanilla

Put milk and sugar in saucepan; heat to boiling on medium-low setting. Remove from heat and add marshmallows, chocolate, nuts and vanilla. Stir 1 minute and spread in buttered pan.
