1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk
2 1/4 c. flaked coconut

Beat egg with sugar until sugar dissolves; mix in vanilla and milk. Fold in coconut until well coated with egg mixture.
