GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef (I use Laura's lean)
1 can tomato soup
Potatoes
1 can green beans (or frozen beans, cooked)
1 egg
Grated cheese to taste

1. Brown ground beef and drain off fat.

2. Cook potatoes and mash. Add beaten egg and grated cheese.

3. Mix tomato soup with ground beef and beans in an oven proof dish.

4. Spread mashed potato mixture on top. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees until heated through.
