THANKSGIVING SALAD 
2 c. cubed apples
1 c. orange sections
1/2 c. cubed cheese
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped dates
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Combine fruit, cheese, dates, nuts and orange rind. Dress and toss. Serves 4 to 6.
