SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. bulk sausage 1 c. onion, chopped 1 c. green pepper, chopped butter 1 c. celery, chopped 1 c. toasted slivered almonds 2 env. Lipton's chicken noodle soup 1/2 c. wild rice or brown rice, raw 5 c. water Mix onion and green pepper until soft in butter. Mix sausage, after drain, celery, almond, soup and rice then add water. Pour into casserole and bake covered for 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees. |
