GOLDEN RICE CASSEROLE | |
3 cups cooked rice 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1 lb. ground beef, browned 1/2 lb. Velveeta block cheese Combine cooked rice, tomatoes, mushrooms, onion and browned ground beef in a bowl. Alternate layers of this mixture with thin slices of Velveeta cheese in a baking casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Submitted by: Brittany Carter |
