MICROWAVE PIE CRUST 
1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. pecan meal
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine all ingredients; mix well and press into a buttered 9 inch round baking dish. Microwave at high for 1 1/2 minutes or until firm, rotating dish after 1 minute.

Yield: one 9 inch pie shell.

Note: To make pecan meal, process in food processor.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
