HONEY APPLE CRISP 
6 med. cooking apples, peeled, cored & thinly sliced
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. golden raisins
2 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. quick cooking oats, uncooked
3 tbsp. brown sugar or substitute equivalent
1/2 tsp. allspice
3 tbsp. butter

Combine apple slices, honey, raisins and orange rind in a medium bowl; toss gently. Place apple mixture in an 8 inch square pan or baking dish and set aside.

Combine flour, oats, brown sugar and allspice in a small bowl; cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Spoon flour mixture evenly over the apple mixture. Cover with heavy duty plastic wrap and microwave at high for 8-10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Spoon into individual dessert dishes and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
