VIDALIA ONION CASSEROLE | |
5 lg. Vidalia onions, peeled 1/2 c. butter 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 20 crispy buttery crackers, crushed Slice onions into thin rings. Melt butter in large skillet; add onions into 1 1/2 quart casserole, cover with 1/2 of the cheese, then 1/2 of crushed crackers. Repeat layers. Bake at 325 degrees uncovered until golden brown, about 30 minutes. |
