HOMINY DOWN MEXICO WAY 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. green pepper, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. minced onion
2 (16 oz.) cans hominy, drained
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder

Heat butter or oil in pan; add onion and green pepper. Cook on low heat about 10 minutes. Add hominy, pepper, paprika and chili powder. Cook, stirring until hot. Serves 4 to 6.
