EASY CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 tbsp. yeast in 1/4 c. water
1 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
3 - 3 1/2 c. flour

FILLING:

2 tbsp. softened butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Dissolve yeast in water. Scald milk, sugar, butter and salt. When cool, add egg, yeast mixture and enough of flour to make sticky batter. Let rise 45 minutes.

Roll out and spread with filling mixture. Roll up and cut 1 inch pieces. Place in greased baking pan cut side. Raise 20 minutes. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Glaze hot rolls with thin powdered sugar frosting.
