HORN OF PLENTY SALAD | |
2 pears, sliced 2 bananas, sliced 2 orange, peeled & chopped 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained 1/2 c. green seedless grapes, cut 1/2 c. red seedless grapes, cut 1/2 c. strawberries, cut 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows 1 c. nonfat plain yogurt 6 waffle ice cream cones Combine fruit and miniature marshmallows in 2 quart bowl. Add one cup nonfat plain yogurt and mix well. Fill ice cream cones with fruit. Serves 6. |
