CLAM DIP 
2 cans (6 1/2 oz.) minced clams
1/2 bag (10 oz.) onions (frozen and chopped)
3 cloves minced garlic
1 stick butter
1/2 pkg. Velveeta cheese or sliced American
Grated Parmesan
Fresh lemon juice
Dash of paprika

Preheat oven 350 degrees.

In a saute pan, melt butter and saute onions and garlic until soft.

In a mixing bowl combine clams and the liquid, bread crumbs, onion and garlic, mix well. Pour this into shallow baking dish.

Sprinkle top with oregano and Parmesan cheese. Cover top with slices of Velveeta or American cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.

Serve with raw vegetables or crackers. Serves 8-10.
