5-6 potatoes, boiled in jackets & cubed

SAUCE:

5 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. milk
1 c. heavy cream
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 pimentos, diced
3 tbsp. bleu cheese
1/4 c. sauteed onion
