SPICED MOCHA MIX 
1 c. non-dairy creamer
1 c. hot cocoa mix
2/3 c. instant coffee powder
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. mace or nutmeg

Mix together. Store in a sealed container. When ready to use, put about 2 teaspoons (or more) into a cup. Add 6 ounce boiling water. Stir well.
