BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. bacon, browned and crumbled
3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 slices white bread, cubed
4 eggs
2 1/2 c milk
3/4 tbsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. dry vermouth

1. Layer bread, then cheese, then bacon in a 9 x 11 1/2 inch pan.

2. Mix eggs, milk and mustard.

3. Pour over bread, cheese and bacon.

4. Mix cream of mushroom soup and vermouth.

5. Pour over everything. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
