PIZZELLES 
6 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour (approx.)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter (use no oil)
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. anise flavoring
1 tbsp. orange flavoring (opt.)
1 tbsp. lemon flavoring (opt.)
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring (opt.)

Beat eggs. Add sugar gradually. Beat until smooth. Add melted and cooled butter. Add flavorings: anise, vanilla, orange and lemon. Sift flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture. Dough will be sticky enough to be dropped by teaspoon onto pizzelle pan. Makes 2 at a time baking approximately 30 seconds on iron. Makes 60 to 80 pizzelles per batter.
