BEST EVER SUNDAY ROAST | |
1 (4 lb.) lean chuck roast, frozen 4 pkgs. Lipton onion-mushroom soup mix 4 c. water Place frozen roast in electric skillet at 250 degrees. Add soup mix and water. Cover. Cook until done, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Baste roast while it cooks. You may need to add additional water. Once roast is done, you can thicken the soup drippings with cornstarch and water and have "mock" gravy. This is absolutely a great and easy dish! |
