SOUR CREAM CORN BREAD 
8 1/2 oz. cream style corn
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. self rising corn meal
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix ingredients together and pour into greased (hot) skillet.

Bake at 425 until brown.

Can also cook in greased (hot) muffin tins or corn sticks.
