PUMPKIN PIE DESSERT SQUARES | |
1 (19 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 egg 1 (1 lb., 14 oz.) can pumpkin pie mix 2 eggs 2/3 c. milk 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. butter Reserve 1 cup cake mix for topping. In bowl, combine remaining cake mix, 1/2 cup melted butter and 1 egg. Press to bottom of pan. In another bowl, combine pumpkin pie mix, 2 eggs and milk. Mix until smooth. Pour over crust. In another bowl, combine reserved cake mix, sugar and cinnamon, then remaining 1/4 cup butter. Sprinkle over pumpkin mixture. Bake 45 to 50 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with whipped topping or ice cream, if desired. |
