WORKING MOM'S QUICKIE HAMBURGER
DISH
 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of tomato soup, undiluted

Brown ground chuck in a skillet and drain off all grease. Add chopped onion and pepper and the mushroom and tomato soup; stir together well. Reduce heat and cover and simmer on low for approximately 30 minutes. To serve, spoon over open-faced hamburger buns. This is delicious and can be prepared easily and quickly.
