WORKING MOM'S STROGANOFF 
4 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. beef stew meat
1 lg. bag frozen stew vegetables
2 tbsp. parsley
Egg noodles, uncooked

Put stew beef in large crockpot, add frozen vegetables and soup. Sprinkle with parsley. Cook on low all day (at least 7 hours).

At serving time, cook noodles according to package directions, drain and serve topped with soup mixture.

Makes a delicious mushroom gravy.
